David Jones gave an inspirational yet practical motivational speech to our Southeastern Land Group sales team, comprised of 60+ land sales professionals, doing business across the southeast. The overarching themes that I took away from the talk were how to be a servant leader who leads in business with humility, gratefulness and preparedness.
David, being a former Basketball coach, effectively drew many parallels between greatness in athletics and greatness in business.
David’s story about the time that he spent a half day with the legendary coach, John Wooden, was very inspirational and had many application points for our salesforce.
I would highly recommend David Jones as a speaker/trainer for any organization that desires to achieve great success in a manner that yields both profits and honor.
